Questions
Can I do telehealth while traveling?
Our clinicians are licensed in Florida, so you need to be physically in Florida during the visit. If you're out of state, we can help you find local care.
What if the video doesn't work?
We'll call you. Some follow-ups can be done by phone when appropriate, and if video keeps failing we'll reschedule or arrange a house call.
Is telehealth covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by plan and changes over time. We verify your benefits before booking.
