Roles we hire for
Nurse Practitioner (APRN), Primary Care
Home and telehealth visits for adults. Requires an active Florida APRN license and national certification. Primary care or geriatrics experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Physician (MD/DO), Home-Based Primary Care
Clinical lead role with collaborative oversight. Requires a Florida medical license and board certification in internal or family medicine.
Mobile Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant
In-home lab draws and visit support. Phlebotomy experience, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record required.
Care Coordinator
Scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and patient and family communication. Medical office experience and Spanish fluency preferred.
