Do you take insurance?
We work with many plans, including Medicare, and verify your coverage before the first visit so there are no surprises. Self-pay options are available. Ask when you call.
Who do you see?
Adults 18 and older, with a focus on older adults, people managing chronic conditions, and anyone for whom getting to a clinic is difficult.
Is this urgent or emergency care?
No. We're a scheduled primary care practice. For chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or any emergency, call 911.
Can you be my primary care provider?
Yes. Many patients use us as their ongoing primary care practice. Others use us alongside an existing doctor for home visits or telehealth.
